The Role
Youll teach History across Key Stages 35 contributing to curriculum design enrichment and cross-curricular initiatives. Lessons are engaging and thought-provoking encouraging students to explore causation interpretation and significance in both local and global contexts.
The department embraces a wide range of teaching approaches from historical debate and role play to digital research and inquiry-based learning to help bring the past vividly to life. Students also take part in themed History Days essay competitions and cultural visits to historical sites in the UK and abroad.
