About the Opportunity

Join a fast-scaling SaaS innovator transforming the construction industry with AI-driven software. Since 2015 this Munich-based team has helped companies automate project discovery build stronger pipelines and close deals faster.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be the first touchpoint with potential customerssparking conversations showcasing value and creating opportunities that fuel business growth. This is a chance to start (or level up) your SaaS sales career in a company where your ideas matter and your results count.

What youll do:

  • Identify and connect with potential customers across the construction ecosystem
  • Present and promote AI-based solutions that reshape sales pipelines
  • Drive new business opportunities by securing qualified meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to smash growth targets

    What Were Looking For
    • German (C1) & English (B2)
    • Strong communication skills resilience and reliability
    • Structured goal-oriented way of working
    • Motivation to build a career in sales
    • Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales is an advantage but not a requirement
