Legal Privacy Associate

Hello!

At Factorial were looking for a new Legal Privacy Associate to help us boost the company to the next level and ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.

The Role:

• Assist in drafting reviewing and negotiating Privacy agreements with partners providers clients and other relevant parties ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

• Support other teams within the company with their inquiries and consultations related to legal issues data protection and product compliance

• Help revise and update the companys data protection system and its policies periodically.

• Collaborate with various teams to provide legal & privacy guidance on projects and a wide range of issues including partnerships sales marketing customer experience product security and HR.

• Assist in communicating privacy concepts clearly and incorporating legal frameworks into business practices.

Your Profile:

• Completed a Law Degree.

• Interest in new technologies data protection & commercial law.

• Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus!

• Eager to learn about how SaaS companies and startups operate.

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify potential liabilities.

• Great communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.

• Team player with a proactive attitude.
