Position: Customer Support Coordinator (m/w/d)

Tasks
- Actively support of the sales team in online offline activities as well as B2B and B2C.
- Updating the promotion and marketing in social media channels
- Translation / overseeing the translation/proofreading of company marketing materials in German and English
- Deliver the excellent customer service for networks distribution and clients
- Working with distributors / executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business development.
- Organization preparation and active participation in events meetings and training
- Support the German team of regular reports event organization and special projects
Requirements
- Excellent in German and English
- Relevant professional experience 2 years in the field of customer service / customer care
- Active motivated team player and work independently
- PC knowledge with the MS Office package
