Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms
- Register update and triage incoming tickets (Incidents/Requests)
- Install configure and maintain IT equipment and applications
- Manage IT assets and warranty tracking
- Oversee IT warehouse and inventory operations
- Deliver user training and guidance as needed
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies
- Support Windows and iOS environments
Requirements
MBO Level 3 or minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems hardware and software
Proficiency with:
IT Service Management Tooling
Windows Active Directory & Azure AD
Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Admin Center Teams SharePoint)
iPhone/iOS support
Intune & MacOS (preferred)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical/network issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving ability
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
Comfortable patching network ports (preferred)
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL CompTIA A/Network/Security) are a plus
Additional language skills in German or French are advantageous
