UNIT DETAILS: Must be able to circulate independently: Cases included but not limited to - General GYN (TVH TAVH TAH suction D&C hysterscope) Neuro/Spine (ACDF Lamiectomy Fusion ALIF) Ortho (Total knee total hip bipolar hip knee scopes shoulder scopes amputations debridements) Robotics (Davinci XI)-General GYN Urology Plastics (breast reduction tissue expanders MOHS procedure flaps)& Urology (cysto stent TURP TURBT laser litho ESWL vasectomy) SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY/Variable day off WEEKEND: Included in call requirements CALL: 5-8 Call shifts per 6 week schedule to include 2-3 weekend calls. FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice and to Piedmont Macon North Hospital as needed MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers AYA OFFER: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines meets specific facility requirements. RTO: MAX 7 days HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Locals accepted - same rate Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 10hrs for 10 week assignment)
