| Job Description: Legal Coordinator (Contract Management) Overview Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Coordinator to join the Global Legal Service Center in Electronic City Bangalore. This role is crucial in supporting the Legal Departments global projects. This is an initial six-month contract position with the possibility of renewal or absorption as a permanent employee based on performance project needs and company policy. The ideal candidate is a Law Graduate with specialized experience in Contract Management who can work effectively both independently and as part of a global team. Key Responsibilities The Legal Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing various contract-related tasks across the global legal function including: -
Contract Review & Validation: Review various types of contracts (e.g. NDAs vendor service agreements) and accurately validate associated metadata within the designated contract management tool. -
Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze and interpret complex contract terms conditions and legal language to identify risks obligations and key terms. -
Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance with legal requirements regulatory standards and internal corporate policies across all managed contracts. -
Process Improvement: Assist in the development documentation and implementation of standardized contract management processes and procedures. -
Records Management: Maintain accurate organized and up-to-date records of all contract-related activities communications and documentation. -
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal business units and external stakeholders to efficiently resolve contract and project-related issues. Required Qualifications -
Education: Graduate in Law (LLB or equivalent). -
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience specifically in the Contract Management domain. -
Skills: Proven ability to work independently and as a strong team player. Essential Competencies -
Analytical Skills: Excellent capability for detailed analysis and interpretation of legal and commercial documents. -
Drafting Skills: Strong proficiency in drafting legal correspondence amendments and contract summaries. -
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. -
Adaptability: Must be a quick learner highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. | |
