Job Summary
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs troubleshooting issues and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your communication skills to provide exceptional support ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively while also contributing to the overall quality of our services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.- Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies.- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.- Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of server environments.
