This position maintains adequate respiratory and cardiac status of patients awakening from anesthesia. Continually assesses the patient carries out doctors orders while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
(30%)* Regularly assesses patients/clients needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care and accepted standards of nursing practice.
(30%)* Provides direct resident care including medication administration treatments call lights assisting with transfers responding to alarms etc.
(20%)* Evaluates the effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members utilizing current information to improve patient care.
(10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately completely and in a timely manner.
(10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of Experience - Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction for ONLY 1-13week contract)
