Job Summary

Job Title: .NET Application Developer (Workers Compensation Oracle PL/SQL Planview PPM Pro)

Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

Experience in developing and maintaining software solutions supporting Workers Compensation insurance processes including the implementation of proof of coverage in accordance with IAIABC guidelines.
Experience in designing developing and supporting billing and collections systems including accounts receivable management and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Experience in developing and implementing software for policy premium calculations renewals rebills and audits in alignment with New York State Workers Compensation Insurance guidelines and regulations.
Experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL Developer including the implementation of triggers functions stored procedures packages views cursors file processing and advanced query optimization. This experience includes application development for the State Workers Compensation industry ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting efficient policy management and premium computation.
Experience as a .NET application developer using TFS and Visual Studio (2019 or newer) with a strong background in designing developing and maintaining high-performance scalable applications that adhere to Workers Compensation industry best practices.
Experience in web-based application development using JavaScript CSS XML XSLT HTML and AJAX with a focus on building interactive responsive and cross-browser compatible solutions optimized for performance and aligned with industry best practices.
Experience working with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) for project portfolio and resource management.
