Job Summary

Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

1. Production Optimization and Efficiency

Conduct end-to-end assessments of production lead times and implement key initiatives to measure track and ultimately achieve a shorter production cycle thereby enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and explore cost-saving opportunities within the production process ensuring the optimal utilization of time and resources.
Collaborate closely with the materials sourcing team and inventory planning team while overseeing production efficiency to optimize overall supply chain operations.

2. Vendor Management and Compliance

Manage strategic vendor partnerships ensuring a positive collaborative experience with the Company and confirming their strict compliance with the Companys strategic requirements and demands.
Manage and monitor supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics with the goal of achieving a 90% OTD rate across all assigned suppliers.
Work collaboratively with vendors and engineers to uphold data quality standards and become proficient in utilizing internal tools and portals to achieve expected outcomes.
Engage with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information (in a scalable manner) to effectively drive vendor performance ensuring an optimal customer experience.

3. Strategic Reporting and Review

Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner covering Strategy Business Highlights Performance and identifying Areas for Improvement.

Requirements

1. Experience and Expertise

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement coupled with a deep comprehensive understanding of suppliers end-to-end production processes.
Proven operating experience with major China/US-based online retailers (M2C).
Possess a strong professional network with partner factories for sourcing in the Apparel and Home categories.
Exhibit a General Manager (GM) mindset combined with a robust supply chain background and expertise in manufacturing methodologies (e.g. Lean/Just-In-Time (JIT)).

2. Skills and Attributes

Highly organized detail-oriented and analytical with a strong focus on execution problem-solving process improvement and brand enhancement.
Committed to continuous learning and highly curious; always open to new perspectives and proactive in changing course or navigating complex challenges.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

3. Education

A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
