Join our dynamic team at Melinda Instal in the Construction industry as a Web Chat Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform providing timely and helpful responses to their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via web chat to address their questions and concerns
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
