This Strategic Account Manager role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in managing complex portfolios and driving strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead client engagements deliver data-driven insights and develop scalable account strategies. With a focus on enterprise-level clients this position offers opportunities to mentor junior team members contribute to process improvements and achieve high-value revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex client portfolios (100250 employee-sized accounts)
- Engage with enterprise clients (250 employees) as needed
- Lead client QBRs and strategic planning sessions
- Drive client outcomes using data-driven insights
- Forecast revenue and manage pipeline effectively
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team development
- Develop scalable account growth strategies
- Champion client engagement and strategic account management
