The HR/Recruiting Coordinator supports hiring onboarding and employee documentation to keep field teams staffed prepared and informed. This role ensures applicants move efficiently through the hiring process new hires are properly trained and documented and staff information remains organized and up to date.
Responsibilities
Post and refresh job listings across hiring platforms such as Indeed
Respond to applicant calls and messages using a consistent screening script
Schedule and coordinate interviews orientations and training sessions
Manage onboarding checklists training trackers and paperwork completion
Track new hires during their training period and flag pass/fail checkpoints
Maintain attendance records availability updates and employee milestones
Support performance documentation reviews and write-ups as needed
Keep HR files digital folders and employee data organized and current
Assist with communication of promotions exits birthdays or staffing updates
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment HR support or onboarding coordination
Strong communication follow-through and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive) and comfort using platforms such as Indeed and basic ATS tools
Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage moving parts effectively
High attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information
Organized responsive and comfortable supporting fast-paced field operations
