Role Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the finance function overseeing team development performance management and mentorship.
- Champion process automation and operational efficiency across financial workflows.
- Spearhead the group-wide annual budgeting cycle collaborating with business units to ensure strategic alignment. Maintain robust financial forecasts covering P&L balance sheet and cash flow.
- Track and analyze actual financial performance versus budget and forecast delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage both internal and external audit processes ensuring timely resolution of audit issues and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Partner with external tax consultants to enhance tax planning strategies and mitigate tax-related risks.
- Cultivate a high-performing finance team across the group promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Liaise with subsidiary finance leaders to standardize financial policies and practices across the organization.
- Lead the rollout and optimization of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Requirement
- Bachelor of Degree in Finance or equivalent
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Property Development industry
