They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
  • Provide management with timely cost and margin analysis whenever required.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs.
  • Ensure proper inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials WIP and finished goods.

Budgeting Forecasting & Cost Control

  • Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts in collaboration with production and procurement teams.
  • Support pricing strategies and product profitability analysis.

Accounting Operations

  • Oversees finance operations: accounts payable/receivable GL and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies tax regulations and audit standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls related to inventory management purchasing and cash handling.

Compliance Tax & Audit

  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports tax filings and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits internal audits and stock counts.
  • Implement and review internal controls to prevent fraud misappropriation and financial loss.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to strengthen analytical and operational finance skills.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems ERP integration and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Accounting Finance ACCA CIMA CFA or other professional accounting qualification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting costing taxation & internal audit and reporting principles as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Resourceful and energetic with an eye for details on strategic matters.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department/company harmony.
