About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing and a keen interest in applying AI-driven techniques across the QA lifecycle. This role will involve strategizing and executing intelligent test plans building smart automation frameworks mentoring junior QA engineers and working closely with developers and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI-enhanced software.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the QA process end-to-end for assigned projects.
  
• Design develop and maintain AI-augmented automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  
• Leverage AI/ML tools for intelligent test case generation defect prediction visual validation and test optimization.
  
• Implement synthetic and data-driven testing using AI-generated data to simulate realistic and edge-case scenarios.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and use predictive analytics for quality assurance.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and adaptive test plans using AI insights.
  
• Perform hands-on testing (both manual and automated) as needed.
  
• Identify record and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
  
• Mentor junior QA team members in automation and AI-powered testing techniques.
  
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability quality and intelligent test coverage.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Appium TestNG or similar.
  
• Proficiency in a programming/scripting language (e.g. Java Python or JavaScript).
  
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining smart scalable test automation frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with AI-based QA tools like Testim Mabl Applitools or similar.
  
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or GitHub Actions.
  
• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
  
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  
• Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner).
  
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments (AWS Docker Kubernetes).
  
• Experience using synthetic data generation tools like or Mockaroo.
  
• ISTQB or similar certification.
