About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 35 years of experience managing technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern technology stacks ensuring successful project delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and deliver projects within defined timelines budgets and scope.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate with developers designers QA and business teams across multiple projects.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports dashboards and documentation.
• Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects involving modern tech stacks such as:
  • Backend: Java Python Flask API FastAPI
  • Frontend: React Flutter
  • Database: MongoDB
  • AI/ML Frameworks: (Basic exposure is a plus)
  • Design Tools: Figma
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in tech or service-based companies is preferred.

Key Requirements

• 35 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira Trello Confluence or MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business needs.
