Director of Nursing Opportunity:

Full-time Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday Day shift
Setting: Long-term Care Facility
Well maintained facility with welcoming management staff

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

Director of Nursing will work closely with ADON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination patient flow and ongoing quality improvement
Demonstrates positive supportive and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents families visitors physicians staff and all others
Director of Nursing will assist with the development and management of the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

Current RI State or Compact RN license
5 years of RN experience required
2 years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience required
