Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide counseling therapeutic intervention and crisis management services within a secured correctional healthcare setting in DuPage County Illinois. The LCPC will deliver individual and group therapy assist in behavioral assessments and coordinate treatment planning.

Requirements
Illinois LCPC license
Masters Doctoral or Professional degree in Counseling or related field
Experience with crisis management individual and group counseling and case coordination
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral and psychosocial assessments for individuals in custody.
Provide crisis intervention de-escalation and supportive counseling for acute behavioral issues.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Participate in case reviews interdisciplinary meetings and progress evaluations.
Document counseling sessions and treatment progress in the EHR system.
Provide psychoeducation to individuals and staff on stress management coping strategies and behavior modification.
Maintain compliance with facility safety and confidentiality protocols.
Support suicide prevention post-crisis monitoring and coordination of follow-up care.
Any other duties as assigned.
