What Youll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact greeting and assisting clients visitors and customers with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Manage a multi-line phone system directing calls and taking messages accurately.

  • Handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including data entry document preparation and file management.

  • Make copies scan documents and ensure records are filed correctly and securely.

  • Provide essential support to team members and agents on daily tasks and special projects.

  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming office environment.

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Bilingual: You must be 100% fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

  • Experienced: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in an office clerical or administrative support role.

  • Career-Driven: You view this temporary role as a stepping stone to a full-time position and are eager to build a career with a stable company.

  • Service-Oriented: You have a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

  • Sales Savvy: If you have previous sales experience youll find it beneficial in this role as you interact with clients and support our team.
