- Develop and implement an impactful plan for the client groups aligned to Global HR and business strategies. Critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management hiring and retention planning. Leverage global processes accordingly.
- Support and deliver annual HR processes and programs related to Performance & Reward Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement. Leverage and support related global initiatives such as system implementations etc.
- Drive the company culture development and HR transformation agenda while building a culture of ownership accountability and trust and providing direction and guidance as to company policies.
- Establish and execute staffing plans including building talent pipelines and proactive engagement with candidates.
- Partner with managers provide advice and solutions related to all HR matters (recruitment retention performance conflict management)
- Drive employment value proposition and branding to continuously attract and hire great people
- Monitor and continually seek to improve HR effectiveness including by tracking and reporting key measures
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role ideally in a manufacturing environment. Experience in medical devices will be preferred.
- Experience in having led a transformation (or at least project / change management experience) within a modern HR organization in an international environment
- Thorough knowledge and experience in employment law compensation organizational planning organization development employee relations safety and labor relations
- Understands different cultures and can effectively act in a multi-cultural environment
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a structured and proactive working attitude strong work ethic
- Ability to form strong professional relationships and build trust on all levels
- Can-do attitude proactive mindset ability to cope with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills in English written and verbal
