Job Summary
The Role
Were looking for an energetic Talent Coordinator to support our growing recruitment team at T5s Atlanta HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with construction and data center talent acquisition helping us find schedule and engage the best in the industry as we expand across the U.S. and beyond.
Youll be a key part of keeping our hiring process smooth efficient and candidate-focused in a fast-paced high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination from posting jobs to scheduling interviews
- Source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS
- Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
What You Bring
- 13 years of recruitment or coordination experience (construction or high-volume environments a big plus!)
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills thrives in a fast-moving dynamic setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented with great follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms
