Job Description

We are seeking a polished and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills ensuring a seamless and professional front-office experience. This role is crucial in maintaining our companys image and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage correspondence scheduling and meeting coordination.

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the companys professional image.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation.

  • Support other departments with clerical duties when needed.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail organization and time management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
