Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Akron OH. This position plays a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives coordinating projects and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Support the preparation of marketing materials presentations and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Manage and track marketing budgets schedules and deliverables.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
12 years of experience in marketing administrative or coordination roles preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
