DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within established and new accounts in a geographically dispersed territory. Additionally the Associate Account Manager will focus their call activities on multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers and some hospitals that fall outside Sales Representative assigned accounts.
- Increase ASPs product footprint in assigned territory in a manner consistent with company goals
- Establish relationships with new and targeted existing customers and identify solutions to meet customer needs through consultative selling process
- Provide customers with the appropriate solutions marketing collateral and clinical information to obtain customer commitment to purchase ASP products
- Develop new potential customers primarily via Capitalequipmentplacementswhile developing customer champions for ASP technologies.
- Effectivelycommunicateandcollaboratewith:RegionalSalesManagerfield service engineers marketing training and education.
- Provide product demonstrationtrainingpresentations and in-servicing based upon Customers needs.
- timely and current information on customers withinyourterritory;routinely update sales actions plans and forecasts for Territory Quarterly Reviews and Business Plans to facilitate the purchase of ASP productsand services.
- Establish and maintain optimum account call frequencies which lead to better relationships with the customer better understanding of the customers business and needs and the accomplishment of the sales quota.
- Analyze territorycapitalconsumable and servicesales potentialtodevelop sales execution plans that maximizes sales at or in excess of the company plan.
- Continually acquire maintainand expand personal understanding of features benefits applications and market conditions which enhance the needs for our current and future products.
- Participate in local Chapters or other relevant organizations including regional level buying groups.
Our Needs

- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales preferably capital equipment or equivalent experience
- The ability to travel based on the requirements of the role.
- Experience prospecting for new business andcold-calling.
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated/documented success launching new products increasing product utilization and protecting business from competition
- Experience discussing reimbursement related to medical devicesales.
- Experience selling to ASCs and Inpatient/Outpatient Endoscopy Suites.
- Sterilization experience strongly preferred
