- Monitoring and managing jobs that have been rescheduled by drivers ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Setting up customer accounts and entering details into the system for new or modified service agreements.
- Responding to customer queries and concerns via phone or email providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in dispatch coordination or fleet scheduling preferably in a logistics or waste management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with drivers and customers.
- Knowledge of hazardous waste handling regulations and procedures would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software including MS Office and dispatch management tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
