This role is to oversee and support the transformation and change portfolio of projects including delivery standards reporting benefits tracking and financial management
Role Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate governance of financial investment in platform change
- Document financial governance TORs and standards
- Manage forecasting actuals and budget for investment projects. Escalate significant financial risks and deviations
- Liaise with Transformation and Change delivery managers to ensure accurate and timely financial data capture
- Partner with Technology and Finance delivery leads to ensure alignment of financials across teams
- Define and operate necessary controls to be effective and auditable
- Support head of Transformation and Change in driving project delivery addressing dependencies and cross-portfolio risks
Qualifications :
- Degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of financial services change delivery experience preferably in Payments/FX/Banking (eg as Programme Management Office lead)
- Deep experience in project governance delivery methodology and standards
