An exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to drive business growth secure new partnerships and conduct valuations for a rapidly expanding property auction house based in the South West London area.
Our client is a progressive property auction house experiencing rapid national growth. With a strong foundation and ambitious plans for expansion theyre now seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Valuer to build strategic relationships with estate agents solicitors and other partners.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to combine valuation expertise with business development in a highly rewarding environment.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Identify and win new business from estate agents solicitors and related partners.
- Conduct valuations and provide professional advice to clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals.
- Self-generate opportunities and manage your own pipeline of leads.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches both in person and online.
- Report accurately on business development activity and revenue generation.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold company standards.
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 35 years experience as a Valuer or Branch Manager within the property sector.
- Strong background in new business generation and client relationship management.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to cold call and build partnerships independently.
- Highly organised motivated and commercially minded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in property auctions or B2B sales is desirable but not essential.
