Job Description:

The Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager will oversee the operations client relationships and team performance of our landscape maintenance division. This role requires strong leadership organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality landscape services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in landscape maintenance management exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the landscape maintenance branch ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

- Lead mentor and develop a team of landscape professionals including technicians supervisors and administrative staff.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to optimize productivity and service quality.

- Monitor and manage branch budgets financial performance and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Oversee scheduling logistics and equipment maintenance.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Horticulture Landscape Management Business Administration or related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in budgeting financial management and operational planning.

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices horticulture and irrigation systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
