Senior Manager Financial Services at Monitor Deloitte – Strategy & Business Design

• support our financial services strategy team in identifying and pursuing value creation opportunities for our clients
• act as a single point of contact with the client and manage client communication and project timelines.
• lead a team of consultants to ensure project delivery and being responsible for their development.
• identify new strategic opportunities for your banking clients.
• cross-collaborate with clients and colleagues from diverse functions and/or Deloitte teams (e.g. M&A Risk Analytics Deloitte Digital).
• help to further develop your team through participating in industry knowledge development social impact projects and/or recruitment activities.
• building and maintaining strong relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.

The role is based in Amsterdam and you will work mostly for financial services clients in The Netherlands while there will be various opportunities to work and/or travel abroad.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager Financial Services at Monitor Deloitte Strategy & Business Design:

• at least 6 years of work experience in strategy consulting for clients in the Financial Services Industry or a strategy role in the Financial Services Industry.
• a deep understanding of the current state of the Financial Services trends challenges and opportunities and the future direction.
• experience in business development including identifying opportunities acquiring new clients and expanding services with existing clients.
• proficiency in English (and preferably Dutch). In word and writing.
