The Coordinator Rider will serve as the main point of contact for riders providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
Whats On Your Plate
- Serve as the primary contact for riders
- Monitor and enhance rider operations and compliance
- Collaborating with riders to resolve their issues
- Supervise daily operations and address operational issues promptly
- Call riders and conduct weekly roundtable meetings alongside Rider Engagement Specialist
- Assist dispatchers with rider-related communication
- Oversee and optimize the entire order cycle
- Create and read reports using Looker Google Sheets and Docs
- Facilitate feedback loops between riders and management
- Coordinating with riders to solve customer or vendors order-related issues and making sure to investigate and do the needful
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in Operations/Customer Care or the food/grocery tech industry
- Proficient in Google tools: GSheet GDoc GSlides GForms (Specifically GSheets)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong conflict management skills capable of handling severe cases involving riders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High emotional intelligence to understand use and manage emotions positively
- People management skills: Experience in managing big groups of people
