We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to support our regional marketing efforts in EMEA and North America. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution event logistics and regional demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of regional field marketing initiatives across EMEA and North America including webinars third-party events roadshows and customer roundtables.
- Help localize marketing content and campaign assets for target regions ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Maintain marketing calendars project plans
- Partner with digital content and design teams to support execution of regional campaigns.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in marketing events or communications (internships count!).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Interest in field marketing event planning or regional campaign execution.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Asana) is a plus.
