Marketing & Communications Specialist (1-year contract)

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist you will:

• Implement internal initiatives focusing on employee events and celebrations themed campaigns CSR activities and seasonal initiatives delivering memorable experiences to each audience.
• Develop the internal campaigns communication material and content to support the above initiatives fully aligned with the companys communication strategy key messages and visual identity system.
• Monitor each activity evaluate once completed and prepare relevant reports.
• Manage and guide one PR professional providing direction and oversight in the planning and execution of internal and CSR-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across departments and to monitor the process of ESG data collection for the companys annual report.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in communications events coordination or corporate PR.
• A bachelors or masters degree in marketing communications.
• Ability to work in a high-performing team environment with a commitment to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and a quick understanding of the business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Team oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in a PR agency will be considered an advantage.
