Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Target Contractors youll be at the forefront of managing and executing our portfolio of projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role demands strategic planning resource management and effective communication to align project goals with client expectations and company values.

Projects last on average 6 months and the Project Manager will work from their home office and travel on average 70% to job sites.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction demolition or environmental remediation industry.
• A strong commitment to safety with a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed to ensure the success of projects across the United States.
