Job Summary
- Oversees all training and guidance for all travel agents and clerks.
- Oversees efficient scheduling and coverage for retail department.
- Oversees the travel services provided for Corporate Level Management in accordance with defined policies.
- Responsible for developing new group travel packages.
- Responsible for marketing and promoting weekly travel packages specials.
- Handles complex customer issues in order to resolve customer concerns efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring and training scheduling coaching counseling and discharging team members.
- Analyze inventory levels prepare store and conduct quarterly inventory according to policy.
- Maintain a clean organized and well stocked gift shop and warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred.
- At least 4 years of Sabre computer experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about the product lines and retail operations.
- Must be skilled in analyzing projecting and implementing a budget.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
