The Ophthalmic Technician II must have a minimum of five years as an ophthalmic technician and have achieved their Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) certification. This role will perform all duties and functions of an Ophthalmic Technician I. Effective execution of this role will require the ability to multitask and respond to the needs of the patients doctors and other staff efficiently and calmly. The Ophthalmic Technician II may also be required to support training efforts of other clinical staff as needed.
