Qualifications :

You will be:

  • Experienced in Front Office Concierge or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)
  • A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth
  • Organised and efficient with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
  • A supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independently
  • Energetic and proactive always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus)
