Job Summary

- Manage smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs showcasing seamless service from arrival to departure

Qualifications :
You will be:
- Experienced in Front Office Concierge or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)
- A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth
- Organised and efficient with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
- A supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independently
- Energetic and proactive always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Familiar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus)
