Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a Kids Club Attendant you will play a crucial role in creating a fun safe and engaging environment for children while their parents enjoy our facilities. This position requires a passion for working with children excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Plan and implement daily activities and programs for children of various age groups
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment in the Kids Club facilities
- Interact with children in a positive age-appropriate manner fostering creativity and respect
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring proper documentation and security measures
- Organize and sanitize toys materials and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging and educational experiences for children
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any accidents injuries or emergencies
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their childrens experiences
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and health guidelines
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with children in a leisure or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with children and adults
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm in planning and leading childrens activities
- Patient empathetic and adaptable personality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
