Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotels booking system.
Handle reservations cancellations and modifications via phone email and in person.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities services local attractions and directions.
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Handle cash credit card transactions and billing accurately.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping maintenance and other departments.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry.
Follow hotel security procedures and ensure guest confidentiality.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a receptionist front desk or customer service role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using hotel software systems (e.g. Opera PMS or similar).
Basic math and computer skills (MS Office email internet).
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
