Your Role
As a Trade Counter Salesperson you will often be the initial point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing product and service information to customers and offering advice
Engaging in proactive selling over the phone
Handling enquiries and orders with accuracy and speed meeting customer deadlines
Developing proactive trade counter promotions to drive branch growth
Qualifications :

Previous customer service experience
Selling ability
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Sound organisational skills
Professional manner
Attention to detail
Desirable:
Good knowledge of computers - full training will be provided in our systems
