The Marketing Manager will drive the companys marketing strategy brand development and lead generation efforts across all service lines. This role requires a strong leader who understands the real estate industry and can align marketing strategies with business goals. You will oversee a team manage agency relationships and ensure the delivery of high-impact campaigns across digital print and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead branding positioning and messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- 1 direct report graphic designer
- Collaborate closely with sales research and advisory teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
- Collaboration with Head of People to create strategy for Employment Brand elevation.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation:
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
- Track and report ROI on marketing investments.
- Digital & Content Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and website management.
- Oversee content strategy for blogs reports videos and press releases.
- Events & PR:
- Coordinate real estate events client seminars and industry conferences.
- Manage public relations and media engagement to build brand reputation.
- Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
Leverage data to enhance targeting segmentation and personalization efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry or B2B professional services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in brand building campaign execution and team leadership.
Excellent communication strategic thinking and project management skills.
