Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will drive the companys marketing strategy brand development and lead generation efforts across all service lines. This role requires a strong leader who understands the real estate industry and can align marketing strategies with business goals. You will oversee a team manage agency relationships and ensure the delivery of high-impact campaigns across digital print and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Lead branding positioning and messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • 1 direct report graphic designer
    • Collaborate closely with sales research and advisory teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
    • Collaboration with Head of People to create strategy for Employment Brand elevation.
  • Campaigns & Lead Generation:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Optimize marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
    • Track and report ROI on marketing investments.
  • Digital & Content Marketing:
    • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and website management.
    • Oversee content strategy for blogs reports videos and press releases.
  • Events & PR:
    • Coordinate real estate events client seminars and industry conferences.
    • Manage public relations and media engagement to build brand reputation.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.

Leverage data to enhance targeting segmentation and personalization efforts.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in the real estate industry or B2B professional services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building campaign execution and team leadership.

Excellent communication strategic thinking and project management skills.
