As a Qantas Club Lounge Agent you will deliver outstanding customer service focused on creating a seamless personalized and memorable experience. Our lounges offer comfort and luxury and your role will be crucial in maintaining an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will warmly welcome guests anticipate their needs and ensure the highest standards of service.

Youll have:

- Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster including public holidays and weekends
- Experience in the airline/lounges environment is desirable
