Our Auckland CBD branch is looking for an enthusiastic Support Coordinator who will thrive on creating a lasting impression with workplace clients seeking our are looking for someone who is available to work late morning shifts and is also able to cover occasional Saturday shifts.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to high volume calls/emails
- Schedule client bookings with a nationwide network of Counsellors
- Arrange onsite/trauma support at customer workplaces
- Escalate new leads to account managers
- Taking calls for our Mental health call centre
