Job Summary
Schedule:
Level 3: in-house NNP coverage 24/7 Level 2: 24hr on-call NNP coverage incl. well NB coverage Neo service coverage: avg 10 days/month block coverage; team rounds at both units for NICU infants only; anticipated 8am-4pm onsite(s) then 16hr on-call from home at night (30-min response time)

Responsibilities include:
Attend high-risk deliveries and facilitate NICU admissions;
Manage NICU patients and NNP oversight for well newborn nursery patients;
Lead multidisciplinary rounds in the NICU by providing active management strategies that may include nutritional adjustments ventilator management lab and radiology review and updating families.
