JOB DUTIES岗位职责:
负责维护所属区域的安全以及5S 负责按照控制计划标准化及审核计划要求执行日常检查工作 负责每天检验任务的取样试验分析记录等工作 负责每天的现场待处理物料的及时判定处理返工物料的返工工单开具 负责现场重大质量问题的及时汇报物料的Block和Unblock 负责现场问题物料的追溯与初步原因分析 负责常见质量问题的协调与处理 负责跟踪所负责的BIQ缺陷记录并及时更新BIQ系统中缺陷记录的状态 负责所属区域的质量问题每天进行总结并报告给质量班组长 负责实行快速改进项目优化质量工作 负责协助质量工程师质量班组长实行项目改进和实验测试 参与并支持公司的LeanISO9001&CQMS精益生产等项目以及CI 等活动
JOB QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
Education & Experience教育和工作经验
1. 机械相关专业
2. 有检验工作经验者优先
Skills技能
1. 基本的英语阅读能力
2. 基本的WordExcelPPT应用能力
3. 良好的团队合作能力
4. 卓越的沟通协调能力
5. 卓越的执行力
