Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer Manager (Green Field Project) to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution from planning and supplier selection to installation and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering expertise project management experience and a solid understanding of hygienic design principles. This role requires exceptional coordination skills and a hands-on approach to managing multiple stakeholders ensuring the project is completed safely efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend all project requirements and objectives to ensure a clear understanding of desired outcomes and deliverables.
- Draft URS documents that clearly define the projects technical and functional needs adhering to hygienic design standards.
- Engage with 23 potential suppliers evaluate their proposals and analyze capabilities quality and cost competitiveness.
- Recommend the most suitable supplier(s) based on a thorough assessment of technical performance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Organize and oversee contractor activities and internal factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and established timelines.
- Identify opportunities to optimize design cost and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronic preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager preferably in small CAPEX or greenfield projects.
- Strong understanding of hygienic design principles and their practical application.
- Ability to independently interpret project scopes and develop user requirement specifications.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in evaluating supplier proposals and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
