Regional Sales Manager

Regional focus: Rest of Asia (ROA) with strong focus on Korea
Reporting Line:
Reports to APAC Sales Director
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for driving sales growth revenue and profitability across assigned markets in Asia. The position focuses on distributor management market development project business growth and brand building for the Dining & Lifestyle business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Dining & Lifestyle business expert for the Rest of Asia (ROA) region with a strong focus on Korea as a key market
- Drive growth in existing distributor markets through close collaboration and joint business planning
- Support distributor performance by optimizing sales strategies demand creation initiatives and execution excellence
- Guide and coach distributors to ensure strong market presence effective assortment pricing and retail execution
- Take full ownership of sales performance including primary and secondary sales forecasting and related processes
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and sales KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with distributors to improve retail execution marketing activities and merchandising standards
- Develop and expand regional specification business by approaching interior designers architects developers and key project stakeholders
- Support regional project specification activities and coordinate cross-market collaboration when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects investors developers and hotel chains
- Identify and unlock new market and customer potentials through market analysis and customer development plans
- Expand and optimize the distribution network across assigned markets
- Implement global marketing strategies at regional level to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM reporting preparation of business reviews planning activities and contribution to S&OP meetings
Required Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration Commerce or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in premium consumer goods lifestyle or design-related industries
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong commercial and financial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
Proactive hands-on approach with strong negotiation skills
Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a regional team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
