SAP E-Invoicing Developer (SAP DRC Technical Integration)

Position Description:

As a member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) the SAP E-Invoicing Developer will design develop and integrate electronic invoicing solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

The role focuses on the technical implementation of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and SAP eDocument Framework ensuring seamless electronic invoice generation validation and transmission to tax authorities and external platforms.

You will work closely with Finance (FICO) Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Tax teams translating functional requirements into robust scalable SAP technical solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop and support SAP DRC / eDocument Framework components for e-Invoicing and e-Reporting compliance.
Design and implement integration flows with tax authorities and partner systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) or Application Interface Framework (AIF).
Configure and extend DRC communication scenarios handling XML / UBL / JSON formats and digital signatures.
Collaborate with functional teams to convert legal and fiscal requirements into technical specifications.
Enhance existing SAP E-Invoicing frameworks through ABAP / BADI / enhancement implementations.
Develop custom reports and monitoring tools for error handling and exception management.
Manage data mappings message queues and interface logs to ensure accurate invoice transmission.
Support testing cutover and post-go-live activities for global rollouts.
Maintain detailed technical documentation including design specs mappings and interface diagrams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

58 years of experience in SAP development and integration projects.
Proven hands-on experience with:
- SAP DRC / eDocument Framework
- SAP CPI PI/PO or AIF integration tools
- ABAP OO-ABAP and BAdI / User Exit enhancements
- XML / XSLT / JSON data mapping and web-service communication
Familiarity with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SD Billing (O2C) integration points.
Understanding of digital signatures certificate management and tax authority connectivity (e.g. Chorus Pro Peppol SDI).
Experience in troubleshooting e-Document generation and submission errors.
Strong analytical debugging and documentation skills.
Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite Event Mesh or API Management.
Exposure to multi-country e-Invoicing frameworks
Experience with SAP Fiori Apps for DRC and custom UI5 extensions.
Familiarity with DevOps / transport automation for SAP integrations.
