About the role
This role involves supporting commercial manufacturing optimizing processes and facilitating technology transfer.
The position is part of a digitalization initiative to transform laboratory activities from paper-based to digital enhancing efficiency and global data analysis capabilities.
Youwill work within the Manufacturing Science Analytical and Technology department contributing to the development and implementation of lab-scale models and analytical methods
Key responsibilities
- Support commercial manufacturing by optimizing processes and methods for lifecycle management
- Facilitate technology transfer of new products and processes within the MSAT department
- Develop electronic notebook methods and connect laboratory equipment for digital transformation
- Implement lab-scale models and analytical methods to enhance scientific roles
- Collaborate with various MSAT sub-teams to discuss and find compromises for process improvements

Profile
About you
- Proficiency in laboratory informatics including laboratory and data management systems
- Masters degree or PhD in Life Sciences with at least three years of experience in biotech process development
- Fluency in English for effective communication in an international context
- Experience in growing mammalian cells in bioreactors and conducting protein purification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
